Booking a trip

Yes. Our trips require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due closer to departure. But this count as part of your payment.

 

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for both group and private trips.

 

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for the best availability, especially for group trips or peak travel seasons. But this can vary according to the destination and dates.

Group trips

Group trips include accommodations, curated activities, some meals, and a local guide. Specific inclusions will vary by destination and itinerary. This can be found on each trip’s page.

Group sizes typically range from 8 to 16 travelers, depending on the destination and type of experience.

Absolutely! Many of our travelers join solo and leave with new friends. We also offer the option to pair solo travelers for shared rooms (or private room upgrades when available).

 

Yes! Our group trips are designed for travelers of all experience levels. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

Accommodation

We typically work with 4* or 5* boutique hotels, luxury lodges, and handpicked stays that reflect the local charm and comfort standards of each destination.

Yes! We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, especially for private trips. On a group trip, a hotel will be selected by us, ensuring you will have a pleasant stay.

Yes, all our prices are based on double occupancy for both private and group trips. On group trips, single travelers can opt to share a room with another participant or pay a single supplement for a private room. If you are travelling solo in a private trip, a solo traveller fee is required.

 

We do our best to select properties that can accommodate special needs. Let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate accordingly.

Our cancellation policy varies by trip and provider. Details are outlined in each booking agreement. Non-refundable deposits apply.

Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation. We’re transparent about what’s refundable and always try to recover as much as possible from partners. Deposits are always non-refundable.

If we cancel a trip (e.g., due to safety concerns or low enrollment), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your credit to a future trip.
